Giving Tuesday is global movement initiated around the world. It is a generosity movement. Yoga is all about intentions and through our practice we can help others in need. In light of the difficult time that has sprung due to COVID-19 the proceeds of this class will all go to the Neya Foundation to help support the local community. Neya is currently providing meals and boxes to families in need in order to help relieve burdens in a time of crisis during the holy month of Ramadan. #givingtuesday #spreadtheneya For online registration on Zoom link: Zoom Meeting ID: 3724888660 Password: 882433 From the Yogi- I’ve always been into fitness and fascinated by the human body and what it can do. I started by fitness journey when I was very young. After living in Barcelona for my undergrad I got into yoga and decided to take it to the next step after realizing how much it changed my life, which led me to doing my 200RYT teacher training course in January 2019. I have been practicing yoga for 3 years and teaching for 1 year and a half. My vinyasa flow yoga class focuses on connected flowing movements synchronized with breathing. The flows will comprise of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, forward and backward bending, and balancing exercises in the focus of generating heat and activating the body. I aim to spread awareness about the importance of connecting with our bodies, and understanding the relationship between our mind, body, and soul.
Bring your mat , a towel and get ready to spread the goodness.
