I’ve always been into fitness and fascinated by the human body and what it can do. I started by fitness journey when I was very young. After living in Barcelona for my undergrad I got into yoga and decided to take it to the next step after realizing how much it changed my life, which led me to doing my 200RYT teacher training course in January 2019. I have been practicing yoga for 3 years and teaching for 1 hear and a half.
My vinyasa flow yoga class focuses on connected flowing movements synchronized with breathing. The flows will comprise of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, forward and backward bending, and balancing exercises in the focus of generating heat and activating the body. I aim to spread awareness about the importance of connecting with our bodies, and understanding the relationship between our mind, body, and soul.
